COSTARS™  is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s cooperative purchasing program and serves as a conduit through which registered and eligible local public procurement units (LPPUs) and state-affiliated entities (Members) are able to leverage contracts established by DGS to cost effectively and efficiently identify suppliers with whom to do business.

Open Systems Pittsburgh has been awarded the following COSTARS Contracts: Contract 34 for Theater (Auditorium) Furniture, Fixtures, Audio/Visual Equipment and Musical Instruments and Contract 40 for Security and Surveillance & Fire Alarm Systems and Services.

Pennsylvania Education Purchasing Program for Microcomputers: PEPPM

PEPPM is the premier technology product procurement site for schools, libraries, government and other eligible non-profit agencies.

PEPPM has been developed and is managed by staff of the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU), an educational service agency established by and existing under Article IX A of the Pennsylvania Public School Code of 1949, as amended, 24 P.S. §§9 951 et seq.
