This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Alarm / Low Voltage Systems Sales Representative located in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting our Siemens fire alarm systems and low-voltage system solutions.
The Sales Representative will utilize creative lead generation techniques, develop/expand existing and new business by maintaining strong relationships with multiple customers and key decision makers. The Sales Representative will conduct surveys to support the development of estimates, follow up of leads, and maintain accurate and complete records of all sales-related activities, including submission of required sales reports, expenses, competitive activity, and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner. This position carries a direct quota assignment. Strong emphasis will be placed on achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Daily tasks include conducting site surveys, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and developing customized solutions for clients. The role also involves preparing sales contracts, providing post-installation support, and staying informed about industry trends and regulations.
